Join Nicole Mowad‑Nasser and Julie Ross for a candid fireside chat on leading in evolving landscapes. After a brief introduction of their approaches, they will share strategies and techniques, including VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) and Sensemaking (Relating, Visioning, Inventing), along with other practical, tools to navigate through change. Expect real stories and actionable practices for balancing urgency with reflection, empathy with decisiveness, and ambition with well‑being. The conversation will highlight how to build trust, create direction, and turn ideas into action, with tips on work‑life integration and support systems that make leadership sustainable.
This program was developed in partnership with the HBA Constellation League—an impact driven forum of past HBA executive volunteer leaders who serve as ambassadors, advisors, speakers, and mentors across the HBA. Constellation League members bring deep experience and strategic insight, helping to shape signature initiatives and develop the next generation of HBA leaders.
