Give to Gain: a Roundtable with Women in Leadership
HBA San Diego is proud to host with QuidelOrtho Women’s Leadership Network (QWLN) a special live virtual event featuring senior leaders from across QuidelOrtho. The roundtable is the culmination of QWLN's series of interviews spotlighting the career journeys, insights, and practical lessons of QuidelOrtho's distinguished leaders, centered around this year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give To Gain. This theme reminds us that when we give generously, we multiply opportunity rather than losing it. Giving is not a subtraction, it is intentional amplification. When leaders thrive, whole teams, organizations, and communities rise. Through these conversations, we will explore how leaders at QuidelOrtho Give To Gain, by sharing knowledge, opening doors, strengthening visibility, and creating space for others to grow. Each story reflects how everyday actions, in every region and function, help forge welcoming spaces in healthcare and diagnostics.
