Join HBA Sydney for an engaging and empowering workshop with David Carroll from Edge Medical Solutions, designed to help you thrive in today’s fast paced healthcare environment. Through an interactive and evidence based approach, David will share practical strategies to support resilience, sustain energy plus improve overall wellbeing and performance.

The workshop will explore the important connections between stress management, nutrition, movement, mindset and behaviour change, and how these factors influence both personal wellbeing and professional success. Attendees will also gain insight into the “wheel of wellness” and learn how small, consistent changes can create meaningful improvements in energy, focus and resilience over time.

Whether you are looking to reset, recharge or build healthier habits, this session will provide realistic and actionable tools that can be applied in everyday life to support long term wellbeing and sustainable performance.
