HBA Northern Europe Coffee & Connect
Looking for a low-pressure way to connect with your HBA peers across Northern Europe? Join us for a virtual Coffee & Connect session focused on one of the most common yet rarely discussed career phases: returning to the healthcare workforce after a period of caregiving.
Hosted by Anna Burgan, founder of makeSpace, this is an informal, guided networking session designed to help us share experiences and bridge the gap between personal life transitions and professional growth. We’re stripping away the formal slides to focus on authentic conversation about how we, as a community, can better support parenthood and caregiving transitions within our organizations.
What to Expect
Community Data Share: A brief look at how caregiving trends are currently shaping the healthcare industry in Northern Europe.
Guided Peer Dialogue: Anna will facilitate a "light-touch" conversation—meaning no daunting breakout rooms. You can participate as much or as little as you like from the comfort of your own screen.
The "Returner's Compass": A simple, 3-point framework shared during the chat that you can use for your own career planning or when mentoring others.
Open Floor: An opportunity to ask questions, share "what worked for me," and connect with others in the HBA network facing similar transitions.
