Managing Stress in Times of Change - Session 3 Kindness/Rain
Join the Career Transformations Affinity Group on Friday for the next three weeks to learn a simple stress management technique and connect with fellow attendees on how you are managing stress and/or change. After learning a technique to help identify stress and reclaim your mindset, we will connect you in small groups to allow you to discuss applications and areas of change in your life and career. You can lean on each other to learn how to navigate a corporate restructure, land your new job opportunity, successfully complete a career pivot, move to the executive and/or C-suite - or simply just connect on your next chance to use your new stress management tool. Let's navigate stress and change together. Your mindset can be one of your greatest tools.
We recommend that you join all three parts of the series to more deeply connect with fellow participants - but don't let a busy calendar get in the way of participating if you can only make one session, join us!
