Wir bringen Führungskräfte, politische Entscheidungsträgerinnen und Entscheidungsträger sowie Expertinnen und Experten aus Pharma-, Biotech- und Life-Sciences-Branche zusammen. Ziel ist es, den Dialog über eine der zentralen Führungsfragen unserer Zeit zu fördern: Warum gelingt es trotz starker weiblicher Talentpipelines vieler Organisationen noch immer nicht in ausreichendem Maße, Frauen auf allen Führungsebenen zu repräsentieren?
Die Gesundheits- und Life-Sciences-Branche verfügt über einen hohen Anteil hochqualifizierter Frauen. Gleichzeitig zeigt sich branchenübergreifend ein bekanntes Muster: Mit zunehmender Hierarchieebene sinkt die Repräsentanz in Führungspositionen. Die Veranstaltung beleuchtet die Ursachen und diskutiert, welche Verantwortung Organisationen, Führungskräfte, Politik und Gesellschaft für nachhaltige Veränderungen tragen.
Novartis und die Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) schaffen eine Plattform für den offenen Austausch über Leadership Accountability, Sponsorship, Talententwicklung und die strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen, die Karrieren fördern oder bremsen können. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, wie aus weiblichem Potenzial konsequent weibliche Führung wird.
Durch inspirierende Keynotes, eine hochkarätige Paneldiskussion und Einblicke aus Politik und Wirtschaft werden zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren diskutiert: Verantwortung von Führungskräften bei Karriereentscheidungen, Sponsorship, Netzwerke und chancengerechte Karrierewege.
Die Veranstaltung versteht Female Leadership nicht als isoliertes Thema, sondern als strategischen Erfolgsfaktor für Innovationskraft, Entscheidungsqualität und nachhaltige Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
