Book Club - Mindset by Carol Dweck
Join us as we explore Mindset by Carol Dweck, a powerful book that remains highly relevant in today’s fast-changing world. At its core, the book argues that a growth mindset—the belief that abilities can be developed through effort, learning, and persistence—unlocks potential, while a fixed mindset—the belief that talent and intelligence are innate and unchangeable—can limit it. Dweck demonstrates how the ability to adapt, learn, and leverage new technologies, including AI, depends more on mindset than on innate talent. The book explores how fixed and growth mindsets influence leadership, professional development, innovation, and collaboration, while offering practical strategies for cultivating a growth mindset in ourselves and others.
