Women and Ambition

Women have the ambition to progress in their career but they often have limiting beliefs holding them back from applying to positions for which they don't feel confident. To overcome their boundaries, they need to break historical beliefs and increase their self-confidence to progress to same level and at the same speed as men.

In this event, our panelists will:
- Inspire women by sharing their career paths in Pharma/ Biomedical companies as well as in the sport field.
- Give "tips and tricks" to women so they can feel confident in applying to positions with high responsibilities.
- Engage in an interactive discussion with the audience.

Learning Objectives

To challenge together the historical and limiting beliefs in women's evolution at work
To openly discuss about tips and tricks for overcoming women believed boundaries
To identify aspects that increase women self-confidence for evolving at work
