Beyond the Prompt: Redesigning Work for an AI-Native Future
AI is already helping professionals draft emails, summarize meetings, build presentations and analyze information. But the next advantage will not come from better prompts. It will come from redesigning how knowledge, workflows and decisions work around increasingly capable intelligence.
Join Tiffany St. Bernard, PhD, biomedical engineer, AI researcher and founder and CEO of SOCAi Labs, for a forward-looking conversation on moving from using AI to designing with AI and ultimately reimagining work around AI. Through a practical, systems-based framework, attendees will learn how to map the knowledge, decisions and processes behind their work; systematize information so AI can use it effectively; augment work to improve quality, speed and insight; automate repeatable workflows; and design backward from an AI-enabled future.
With examples from healthcare, clinical research, pharma operations and data infrastructure this conversation will explore why reliable AI depends on well-designed systems and consistent information. The discussion will also examine career agency and fair opportunity, including how healthcare leaders with multidimensional identities can turn domain expertise, judgment, systems thinking and AI fluency into professional leverage.
Attendees will leave with a new way to view their work: not as a collection of tasks, but as a system they can intentionally redesign for where AI is going.
Learning Objectives
- Do not just learn to use AI.
- Learn to see your work as a system.
- Design that system for where AI is going.
