HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

Create and Maintain a Team of Rockstars

Building a talented and diverse, rockstar team is a top priority for many leaders, especially during the Great Resignation: a time when 40% of employees plan to leave their current position in the next 3-6 months.

Employees report needing to feel that they belong, work for an empathetic leader, and have equitable access to opportunities in order to stay at their current company. Good news: empathy and belonging are EQ skills, which can be developed with a little time and intention.

Join Emotional Intelligence Coach, Candice Heidebrecht, to learn how to develop the skills that create a thriving, inclusive team.

We’ll talk about the challenges, the pivot points, and tripwires that you can use to create lasting, impactful change within yourself and your team.

Learning how to do hard things in a human way is a practice of self-awareness, curiosity, and empathy. Let's get to work!
