Finding Resilience and Happiness through tough times-Workshop

In this presentation, participants will learn the fundamentals of resilience and happiness, and how just a few simple yet powerful, learnable skills can provide relief during times of uncertainty or transition, reduce conflict with difficult people at work or at home, and help find moments of peace in the impossible work-life balance— because we're all human, life just gets hard sometimes— and finding spaces of peace during tough times can be achievable by most people. In this workshop, participants will learn what happiness is and how to cultivate or maintain it while exploring mindfulness, fun seated exercises that promote wellbeing. Participants will be provided with lightweight, take-home materials.
