HBA WOMEN IN SCIENCE AFFINITY GROUP AND HBA PARIS PRESENT

Leaders in Healthcare Innovation

Women are reshaping healthcare innovation, yet their path to leadership, funding, and scientific influence remains filled with unseen barriers.

Together with the association Pharma Licensing Club France (PLCF), the HBA Paris Chapter invites you to a dynamic roundtable that brings together voices from different biotech perspectives to explore what accelerates women’s impact and what still holds them back.

We’ll dive into the leadership gap, gendered dynamics in fundraising and partnerships, and the value of the female perspective in research and clinical development. The discussion will also touch on global mobility, cultural expectations, and the evolving role of flexibility in career progression.

Expect candid insights, bold perspectives, and actionable strategies for driving meaningful change across the healthcare innovation ecosystem.
