HBA BASEL PRESENTS

Leadership in the Age of AI: Leading a Human + AI Workforce

Artificial intelligence is transforming not only how work gets done, but also how leaders think about talent, accountability, and value creation. As AI becomes increasingly embedded across the enterprise, the challenge is no longer simply deploying new technologies. The greater challenge is reimagining work itself: how people and AI work together, how organizations develop future talent, and how leaders maintain accountability, trust, and human judgment in an increasingly AI-enabled world.

This discussion brings together leaders from across business, technology and policy to explore how AI is reshaping the workforce, what it means to lead teams that combine human and machine intelligence, and the capabilities that will define successful organizations in the decade ahead.

Together, we will examine how leaders can create value from AI while building a future of work that empowers people, strengthens judgment, and unlocks the full potential of both humans and technology.

The evening will conclude with an apéro and networking, creating space to continue the conversation with speakers, fellow HBA members and healthcare professionals.
