Donne e ascolto: Esiste un pregiudizio di genere nelle conversazioni?
Ti sei mai trovata seduta a un tavolo decisionale, sentendoti ignorata o sottovalutata? Hai mai riflettuto su quale posizione vorresti prendere in contesti e situazione simili?
Tutti noi abbiamo familiarità con la sensazione di posizionamento reciproco che si verifica tra le parti all’inizio di un incontro professionale: quella corrente di non-detti, spesso inconsci, che condiziona la dinamica dei rapporti e che è per lo più basata su inconsapevoli proiezioni (e.g., rispondendo alla domanda “chi ha più potere?”). Le donne tradizionalmente incontrano particolare difficoltà a gestire queste dinamiche, sia a causa delle storie di auto-svalutazione che (spesso) raccontano a sé stesse, sia (e altrettanto spesso) a causa delle tattiche utilizzate dagli altri per delegittimarle, ad esempio con semplici battutine.
In questa sessione esploreremo insieme la questione dell'ascolto delle donne, esaminando studi e analizzando le diverse tecniche per gestire al meglio il nostro posizionamento.
Con l’aiuto di Maria Deledda, Counsel del dipartimento di Corporate-Real Estate di Hogan Lovells, esamineremo come affrontare queste dinamiche.
