HBA SEATTLE PRESENTS

Navigating Career Success

No matter where we are in our career, we encounter crossroads where we are unsure of the impact to our success. We look at those around us and wonder if they understand the unwritten rules better than we do. Talking to those we trust can make the issue even murkier. At the end of the day, the decision rests with us.

Join HBA Seattle to discover how our all-star panelists have navigated their careers from different starting points and how they have navigated both personal and professional challenges and achievements. Did Claudia Mitchell have a master plan when she landed in the United States that led to her CEO job and then selling the company for $100 million to a major pharma company? What pivots propelled Patricia Beckmann, a PhD in chemistry, onto her career of entrepreneurship and commercialization? And if you are Franziska Seeger, a senior fellow in an internationally recognized lab, do you continue in academia, get a job, or start your own company?

Come join the conversation and ask the questions that you want to know for your own career.
