Part III: Negotiation Evolution: Dealmaking, June 21, 3:00 – 4:30pm EDT (12:00 – 1:30pm PDT)
Here we will discuss crafting the deal and the details of building to the envisioned outcome including the role of leadership skills, empowering your team to understand, research and practice, negotiating across cultures and gender benders.

Part IV: Negotiation Evolution: Roleplay, July 21, 11:30 – 1pm EDT (8:30 – 10am PDT)
Negotiation is an art form. How would you have improved a negotiation challenge from your past? How will your new skills and knowledge improve for the future? This session will observe and practice roleplaying with the ultimate mission to develop and build confidence.
