Part II: Negotiation Evolution: Prepare the Strategy – May 31, 11:30 -1pm EDT (8:30 – 10am PDT)
Preparation is essential to any negotiation. With a strong strategy and tactical plan, growth mindset and emotional intelligence, the negotiation is established for success. When stress and anxiety is high, it triggers self-doubt and harshness. With adversarial viewpoints and severe criticisms, managing aggressive negotiation behavior is an emotional strength test. This interactive discussion reflects on these points and the various negotiation approaches and styles. It will conclude with a dynamic and interactive discussion relating to the fine art of communications.
Part III: Negotiation Evolution: Dealmaking, June 21, 3:00 – 4:30pm EDT (12:00 – 1:30pm PDT)
Here we will discuss crafting the deal and the details of building to the envisioned outcome including the role of leadership skills, empowering your team to understand, research and practice, negotiating across cultures and gender benders.
Part IV: Negotiation Evolution: Roleplay, July 21, 11:30 – 1pm EDT (8:30 – 10am PDT)
Negotiation is an art form. How would you have improved a negotiation challenge from your past? How will your new skills and knowledge improve for the future? This session will observe and practice roleplaying with the ultimate mission to develop and build confidence.
