Celebrate International Women's Day with the NY/NJ/CT Region and the Canada Region! HBA is offering 8 hours of programming focused on this year's theme #BreakTheBias.

Overcoming obstacles. Uplifting others. Transcending circumstances. Finding inspiration. Challenging stereotypes. Breaking through the bias.

To celebrate the 2022 International Women's Day, the NY/NJ/CT and Canada regions will showcase the personal stories of 4 dynamic healthcare leaders. Following the IWD 2022 theme of #BreakTheBias, each storyteller will share their experience with identifying, addressing and ultimately overcoming bias. Join us in an intimate setting to be inspired and celebrate these moments, big and small, that can be a catalyst for change.

Additional time at the end of the session will be reserved for networking and small group discussions to share attendees' stories.
